Well, January certainly escalated quickly. One minute you’re sunning yourself on the Costa del Sol, the next you’ve got 30 people a week in the studio and not exactly pottery-drying weather on the side of a hill in the north of England.
We have 19 people on our regular evening/morning classes this term. Lovely to see both returning familiar faces, and some fresh faced newbies! Wheel workshops are proving very popular. Handbuilding workshops not so much, I think people don’t really know what they are. I’m thinking of rebranding them as “Make a …” sessions.
And we have a couple of exciting projects in the pipeline for later in the year… more later.
